Working closely with executives, clinicians, senior operational teams, and staff networks, you will ensure our values align with yours and that our culture supports our staff in being the best they can be.

Main duties

Collaboration with senior leaders across the Trust will be key to achieving cost improvements and advancing our ambitious capital plans.

In addition to your responsibilities within the Trust, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the financial sustainability of the Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care System (ICS).
